The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative way that inspires the individual to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her work and life and refrain from telling the client what to do.
My positive and thought-provoking program is designed to help women find their purpose and get to the heart of living a purposeful life. My goal is to give guidance, tools and strategies for you to clearly define your vision and hold you accountable for achieving that vision. I often refer to myself as a Reinvention Coach because the women I support want to reinvent one area of their life or another. Typical focus areas are Career, Life Goals, Self-Development, Relationships, Financial, Health and more.
As women, we rarely take time for ourselves, especially to think about creating a life we truly love. For many of us we’ve defined success by the money in our bank account and the title on our business card. By shifting your focus to what matters most in your life and brings you fulfillment, you’ll quickly start experiencing more happiness and joy in your life. Choosing a life coach is a big decision and one that you should consider carefully. While there is no governing body for coaches and a certification isn’t required, you may feel more comfortable if they have been through some training. I’ve personally achieved a Master Life Coach Certification from Transformation Academy and hold 3 additional niche certifications in Life Purpose, Goal Setting and Happiness.
Additionally, you’ll want to consider personality fit. How do you gel with the coach? Are they willing to give you tough love when you need it and grace when it’s appropriate? Do they have a demonstrated background in helping clients or testimonials from happy customers? Ultimately, you’ll know in your gut if this is the right coach for you or not.

Once you’re aligned with the game plan, we’ll discuss the financial investment. There will be a short onboarding process and then coaching will begin on an agreed upon date and time, after payment is received.
My 6-month coaching program is custom built for each participant, meaning you pay for what you need and nothing you don’t. Therefore, I prefer to discuss rates with my potential clients on our consultation call, after we’re both comfortable with moving forward and you’re committed to transformation. On the consultation call, we’ll explore your vision for the future, what your biggest challenges are and create a personalized game plan for you. Once you’re aligned with the game plan, we’ll discuss the financial investment. However, you should expect to invest upwards of $5,000 in your transformation. Ask me about my pay-in-full option to unlock additional savings.
Group coaching is an effective and affordable option for price sensitive clients.
I’m currently taking Zelle, PayPal, Venmo and all major credit cards. Each client can select the method that fits best for their situation. However, I do appreciate Zelle payments as there is no service fee. Payment plans are available on request.
